Dear John,

You. Are. Amazing.

Absolutely.  Amazing.

I know you are memorizing, not "reading" but still.  In the first video, that is our first time through the book.  You picked up the pattern and the use of picture cues that fast.  In the second video, you have heard the book three times and read it to me once before.  It's pure memorization and yet that makes it no less impressive to me.

You are beginning to read.  At. Two.
